I calculated the 10's would come even closer to the strut than the 9's with a 35 offset. At 25, the 10's show a distance of 152mm wide from the hub, versus the 9 at 149.
Either way, very close. Short of strut or tire failure, they shouldn't touch - in theory anyway.
