personally if ur financially stable... your more happier... i mean some people go w/ the trend saying "do what makes you happy"... but if ur ass broke and u cant support yourself or your family and ur living in the US but in 3rd world conditions.. then damn... haha do the job that makes u unfullfilled but at least gives you something to put on the table.
but since u are a realtor and u probably do have some dough stashed away... i guess a change would be good as long as you have savings and can honestly say you can support yourself in ur current life style for a while.
thats all IMHO... but then again im only 18 and money is very important to me... since the rest of my extended family is pretty wealthy and my grandparents are leeching off my parents.
