The dam belt is too short and after about 30 tries with two of us, one who used to install V-belts on the assembly line, the tensioner pulley 14mm bold is nearly round. Lucky it had enough to put the original back on. Funny, that one fits just fine. Big pain in the ass. Not liking AA right now.

Have you contacted AA? Some cars need a new belt depending on your build date so they can send a new one out to you.
