I can certainly quote someone 4-5 hours and charge accordingly but that would include taking lunch, going to the restroom and basically loafing around. The job does not take that long. I would prefer to quote an honest rate for the work done and then create a good relationship with the customer that will ultimately result in referrals and more work. Just how we operate.
