sorry Long, I hate to thread crap but I bought a brand new 2008 M3 from Pacific BMW last October 2008. The car came with a factory blemish on the rear bumper which the inventory manager, service manager, and sales manager all blew it off telling me "that little thing? thats nothing! sorry we can't do anything about it"

How did I spend $70k on a car and get that kind of service?

You can count me OUT on this event.
