I see you're interested in the CF spoilers lol.
I used heat gun, then fishing line and it popped right off. The hard part is removing the existing tape. Used goo-gone and a lot of fingernails lol. Finished up with a polish then alcohol wipe down to ensure proper adhesion. I used the OEM bmw betalink for the new CF spoiler. It's alot of work lol but I know for sure it will stay on.
