The presenter says this is first M3 built in russia and chromed in russia. When he says BUILT in russia he probably either doesnt know what he is talking about or they started assembling them in Kaliningrad factory. Says that client wanted it, and we did it. No film, as you never get that deep shine with film and that its blinding to look at it actually in sun light.
