ROFL...
those county guys are NOT there to issue citations to drivers! They're responsible for park management, facilities, and maintenance of the parcel.
That being said, local law enforcement and CHP WILL issue citations for any hooliganism on the roadways throughout the site and the Park Rangers do enforce the trails and open space areas.
