SS lines warping rotors is ridiculous. At least you got new rotors out of the deal though. I wouldn't go back to that dealer.
Definitely find out what pads you have. Some performance pads will just squeal in all but the most perfect bedding conditions. Sounds like you want to have OEM on there. You might want to just take it to a decent racing shop where they will have dealt with non-stock brake setups before.
