shit, I'd throw a party! I'm 6-1, about 285! At my current 21%, I'd be friggin' RIPPED at 205. Actually I'd be deathly ill. I'll be happy when I get down around 235, but I'm probably gonna have to drop muscle too if I want to get there and stay. Long term over the next five years I want to get down to 215. I'm still carrying weight from [the glory days!], no need to be this big anymore. I'm down 10 lbs over the last 2 months, including a little "blip" up over christmas. Well see if I can get to 260 by June.
