Honestly I would just drop it and don't worry about it. The problem is fixed on the 1st visit on a timely matter. You were complaining about a vibration. Very possible the tech got on it a couple times. He might have just been trying to confirm no vibration under hard acceleration.
I say if the car comes back in the same condition, fixed and no other issue. The tech did his job well.
