2JZ is a great motor, probably one of the best in the 3.0L range. N54 has definitely proven its worth, but for Toyota to make such a reliable sequential twin turbo setup, attached to a strong bottom end, and sell to the consumer 20 years ago impresses me the most. N54 might never reach the status the 2JZ has gained over the years, but with the single turbo N54s being built, we shall see!
