I completely agree with you. A lot of American car buyers are solely focused on power. That's the premise behind a lot of mediocre American cars (ie. GTO, Mustang, Charger, ect.). Power is the only selling point and for a long time that helped American car companies sell cars, but today things are changing. Car buyers are becoming more informed and really taking a look at what else is out there. Unfortunately, this is having a devastating affect on U.S. auto makers. American companies simply can't compete with foreign automakers.
