I like opt#3, that one is a performance improvement that you should feel.
Opt#1 is solid. The PSS has a lot more grip than the Conti's and looks better too. Broader shoulders, they don't look as stretched on the ZCP wheels.
Option#2 isn't going to give you much more grip and only adds weight (been there). I'd go with at least a 285/30-19 rear if you want more grip and lose the spacers.
