Pristine as it may be, it will not be more pristine than one rolling off the showroom floor with you as the first owner. I am paying roughly that for my 2012 ordered back in March. I don't have DCT, SAT radio, or premium sound which would result in a ~$5k difference, i still could not validate purchasing that vehicle.
I will tell you that i was roughly in the same position as you, my deal was a little worse (
