I clay it lightly. Make sure you keep it very well lubed and go over it with multiple light passes. Sometimes clay has a tendency to stick to clear bra which is bad so that's why you keep it well lubed. And keep it away from the edge! There is nothing worse than clay getting stuck to the clear bra edge.
For removing swirls in clear bra... I polish it with the porter cable with a light chemical cleaning polish like Klasse all in one or Werkstat Prime. Beyond that, you should avoid any abrasive polishes as it will scratch the clear bra. Clear bra is designed to be replaced so when it gets really bad, you reapply it.
