It definitely helps to use warm water for the soap and rinse buckets.
I've tried ONR in past and wasn't a big fan though...I just do traditional wash.
Last week I tried out my power washer with MTM foam cannon for 1st time. Since the foam dwell and rinse does good job in getting most of dirt off car without needing to touch car or water, this may be good option in winter since minimizes what you need to do with your hands.
