Anything more than 60 bucks for EVERYTHING is a rip off. Ive seen to many people on this forum taking advantage of people like you, so I suggest you shop around.
Personally, I wouldn't trust coding my own BMW, nor my clients', with someone who isn't highly experienced. Mike has facilitated hundreds of remote coding sessions and has worked wonders for a number of us here on the forum. Although many shops and individuals offer coding, Benvo is most certainly the pioneer with others to follow. When it comes to tampering with factory electronics and coding, I would definitely not settle for the cheapest option. You get what you pay for, and personally I like to pay for piece of mind and for truly professional service.
