California law could have come down and said I owe her half of everything but since I filed in Oregon it fell under Oregon law.
She agreed she did not want any of my retirement and agreed on a no-contest with one exception; she wanted the dining room table. So she got that. No big deal really. She didn't even want her dog. I kept him too. |
