Needless to say, the amount of rain we got this past week was nothing slight of REDICULOUS, and I had a very close call with having water damage done to my car. I was asleep upstairs yesterday afternoon in Gaithersburg at my g/f's house...and was woken up by her yelling "you need to move your car NOW!" This is what I ran out to see...
I ended up moving it just in time, the water was literally milimeters away from entering the passengers side door and coming in and onto the carpet. Backed it out, didn't get a drop of water inside of the car and parked it in the driveway. If my g/f wouldn't have noticed this, a good 5 more minutes and I would have been on the phone with insurance and very upset
