I can assure you the vast majority of 2011-12 Mustang owners with the MT82 trannies aren't having any shift issues. Now I'm not saying there isn't a problem, but the consensus is on the Mustang boards its a small percentage.
Of course if you are the one with the problem than its a big issue.
