I bought the eBrake & Shift boot from
http://www.redlinegoods.com/. The quality and fitment of these items were spot on. The only thing I would say that's slightly off is the black of the alcantara is not a total 100% match with the black of my speed cloth/leather interior. But I don't mind at all and I would say it's pretty hard to match colours when you make boots for every car. I followed the DIY they have on the site:

The most time consuming part was removing the stock boots from the plastic rings without ripping them so I could go back to stock if I want to later. I used a blow-dryer to heat the rings/glue up so I could more easily pry them off. The eBrake boot was much harder to take off than the shift boot. But do-able none the less (took me more than an hour though). Here are the pics:
