How is the finish on the brushed silver VB3's and V710's? Are they a painted wheel? Powder coated? I am considering these wheel because of their price point as well. I don't track the car and plan the change purely for esthetics. Plan to keep the suspension stock as well. What's the consensus long term?

Going the VB3; 19 X 9.5 ET 22 265/30
19 X 10 ET 25 295/30
Will this set up have an aggressive wide stance look?
