Sorry to hear about the turmoil. We worried it would come to this. BMW is getting too cute in their operations and now it's negatively affecting their reputation.
At this stage couldn't you have changed your order around for another couple of weeks?
Even if you pull out, the dealer could easily sell the car this early on.
