From my experience, the wheel repair places around here SUCK. Stevens Creek BMW tried to repair one of mine (when the car was new) and they took a polished wheel (the factory 19s) and painted part of it. Looked horrid. Wheel Techniques did a horrible job on one of my SSRs.
If it's not super deep, one option would be to sand it down and powder coat them. West Coast Powder Coating in South SF does a fantastic job and they can media blast them for you, as prep which will hide most scratches.
