There is minimal to no NVH increase from the sub-frame bushing replacement. All new M's have this, including the more luxury oriented M5/M6 model. Changing differential bushings to Delrin, Poly or harder rubber will induce slightly more noticeable gear whine, but not harshness.

Poly bushings need to be serviced frequently with lubricant, or they will get noisy over time. Less servicing is required in the case of the sub-frame as not a ton of movement is present there compared to a sway bar, but those need lubrication as well. Polyurethane is not a service free item.
