In September I will need new tyres (maybe earlier) and I will go for PSS.

I see a lot of people chosing 255f / 275r over the stock 245f/265r, and this probably isn't lack of sizes.

To the ones that chose 255f / 275r: Why did you go this route? Is it looks? Is it performance / better grip? Going larger means going heavier (and tyres is the worst place to be adding weight), not to mention larger circumference i.e. torque to the wheels is lower. I know differences are small but why take any hit?

I find the stock size quite ideal all issues considered, and grip is very good in my experience with stock 19'' sizes in PS2s.
