I joined after buying a new '08 335, found about it on here, SA never mentioned it. I joined in case I decided to buy another BMW.
Have not done anything with the local chapter, enjoy reading Roundel though.
Just bought a M3 last month, SA never mentioned it, nor did I. Got the refund check this week!
May check out the local chapter it they have a track event.
I've done several things with the Porsche club since buying one in July.
