You can use their low pad model and with the alignment pin, it keeps the BMW recangular pad aligned properly. I happened to have the owner/designer of these here in my office about half of today. It's a family friend that makes these. We'll be showing them on some BMW's soon so you can see how it works with the BMW jackpoints. They aren't cheap, but work GREAT.
