I had a beige interior and did the swap with a fellow m3 owner. Seats are easy, but the door cars are an issue. I paid the dealer to do the swap to insure it was done right. You have non-sport seats, all M3s have sports seats. The coral red looks bordelloish, (and I like it), I had that in my 2002 M3. The fox red is darker, my wife hates it but I like it. Can't go wrong with black. Might want to offer $$ to sweeten pot. Also dying is an option.
