The chain Tensioner part number : 11-31-7-839-053 they changed both tensioners. Since then I had no noise issues.

I had the car at the dealer last weekend in an attempt to get them to formally document and diagnose the issue. I reported it under warranty twice, documented with a video. They searched every BMW service database available to them in an effort to find a related bulletin, notice, something pursuant to this noise. Nothing found.
