Long story short, my company is relocating to another state (chicago suburb to boca raton), was asked to move with a promotion and a raise of 10%. Asked 25% expecting a counter of 15% or 20%, if lucky. Was told 10% is it and not negotiable. 10% puts me at not-too-bad, not-too-good range.
Am I done negotiating?

(Relocation is provided by the company, cost of living is probably a couple of % higher in boca)
