Vendor feedback/review belongs in the
Vendor Comments/Review/Feedback Forum. That is what it's there for - to share positive or negative experiences with vendors so other members can refer back to it when researching a vendor.
The technical discussion forums should stay on-topic (i.e. technical discussions).
