Take it from someone who's had a C5 and C6 Z06's over 10 years and E46 and E90 M3's.
Other than the outright power of the Corvette usually has over the M3's over the past few generations, that's about all I can say the Vette is superior.
Now mind you, if you test drive it in a City with speed limits, and on public roads, these characteristics may not be obvious, and you'll likely be seduced by the low and mid range torque of the big displacement V8 in the Corvette.
Once you take them to the track though, it's an eye opener.
