I asked my SA what's the cause - he gave me a blank smile and said he had no idea. I took that to mean, "Silly girl asking such questions..." + "I have no idea." I only have 36K miles on this car, seems odd to me that to have had 6+ Increased Emissions errors each with different causes.

It's through Assurant. 60K miles or 48 months from the time of purchase, no deductable. I was quoted ~$1875. I've asked my husband for the complete write-up so I can compare (he keeps forgetting it at work). He's confirmed for me "everything minus wear & tear" is covered though. So engine, transmission, driveline, differential, computer & electrics (incl sensors), etc would be covered... rotors and brake pads would not. Can do all that myself, so that's fine.
