Know exactly what you're talking about. We have enough of those asshole's around Houston. Not to mention their little cars with 1 foot spacers causing the entire wheels to stick out past the fenders.
They do the same to their trucks. Stupid looking and very unsafe.
I've visited Brownsville and stayed literally a 5 minute drive from the border. I could only imagine what you deal with day in and day out.
