Probably, yeah. But who cares? Even without that stuff, it is still amazing. Plenty of people mod their cars (such as 335i) with much more power than an S65 and don't do that stuff either. So yeah, not quite as rigid as a factoryE91 M3 would be probably, but its not like the car is going to fall apart drving down the roads or twist in half from the power.
