for the look M3 coupe > C63 > M3 sedan. c63 sounds very good, please dont just listen from youtube. they are good in different ways.

Speaking about sound. amg or any car in it class won't be able to beat the top end music produced by the m engine. I mean you have many car that sound similar to the amg such as s5, isf, rs4, vette, pretty much any low rev big displacement engine. But very few can produce the beautiful sound of the m3.
Stock m3 < stock c63 amg.
Aftermarket exaust m3 > aftermarket c63 amg.
