i had that all the time on my e46 and now on the porsche it still happens a lot. I had the xenons checked on both cars. apparently they are just fine. nevertheless on the highway i feel like i am illuminate the sky.
maybe it also has to do with the real wheel drive. if you accelerate the beam moves up a bit.
