I don't agree with your assessment, especially since the E93 specific speced H&R springs haven't been produced/shipped by H&R for the US market yet (August 2009 - "maybe" as told by H&R themselves).
Yes, There is a part number for the E93 M3, but the part itself doesn't exist in the US yet. As a dealer you should have known that. Not trying to flame, but more than 1 sponsor on the board said they had it, then had to back track when they tried to find an ETA for shipment. It was then, they learned the part is not yet available.
