When my guy installed my V3s, I asked him to maintain stock height, for starters. When I picked the car up, the front end was WAY higher than stock (confirmed by measuring another stock M3).
So, yes, it is possible to have at least the front end higher than stock height.
Only problem with adjusting it repeatedly, is that it is recommended to have an alignment done with each adjustment - not the most convenient, but recommended.
