With "just in time" supplier deliveries, many things can go wrong. There are not 10s of suppliers that can make high-pressure forged wheels, BTW. The best are 8,000T spread forged; that's specialized equipment. Any one thing, including materials shortages, equipment breakdown, strikes, etc. can put serious wrinkles in the supply chain. Disappointing, but not unusal these days.
