The M3 DCT pentosin gearbox fluid is quite a complicated formulation it has to allow a certain amount of slippage as the clutch plates engage but allow no slip once fully engaged across a wide range of temperatures. As I said at a certain temp you can get a certain amount of slip/stick as the clutch plate engage which feels as judder but as long as you don't get it at normal gearbox temps then you should be fine.
