I'd recommend not eating two large cheeseburgers, finishing the last one off as you run to your car to get to the grid. I also don't like energy drinks, they last about 15 minutes on me then its lights out.
Honestly, I would eat something light. Maybe eat a salad in a nice quiet corner of the paddock so no one laughs at you.

Seriously. Eat light and eat often (handful of nuts,etc)
Drink a lot of water. Avoid caffeine. You crash harder from all the track adrenaline.
