Loud exhaust ticket in what is probably the loudest area in NYC deserves a criminal summons? Give me a freakin break. NYPD cops have no discretion because if they don't issue a certain amount of certain tickets they get f*&ked with by their superiors. Vacation days are swapped, work schedules are tweaked in order to punish because they can't legally give their subordinates a quota. Anyone who argues that a criminal summons was warranted probably agrees that a 17oz soft drink should be prohibited as well. NYC is lost and has been lost for a very long time.
