I use the Quick Interior Detailer too. Cleans things up and leaves an OEM finish. No shine at all. Plus UV protection.

I have this stuff that I use sometimes for tires when someone wants a high shine gel. Also great for exterior trim that is faded. It should work fine for interior too. Super shiny stuff and it's water based so won't damage your trim. Just wipe it down a bit before touching as it is kinda sticky.
