I think it's genius!!! Saab inspired from Jets and Planes and BMW with Jets and Fighter Planes heritage!!! Anyway, this might not be the case but BMW always had a method to their madness.
As far as the RR collaboration. Before we broke off with them, we picked up something hence the xDrive!!! AWD Soooo... which means Saab has something that BMW could use!!! Genius!!!
