It's been roughly 600 miles since the diff. fluid change.
The noise and noted vibration on tight turns is essentially gone...
I've heard it slightly once or twice in the last week, but nothing like it was before.
Update:
I spoke with the service manager at my dealership. While rare, he informed me that BMW will replace the entire differential if replacement of the fluid does not eliminate the noise.
