Wait for Cayman Gen 2 (yr. 1) to work out the bugs and little interior / exterior updates they always do with yr. 1 of any car. Enjoy an E92 in the meantime and sell if you have to get the Cayman S yr. 2 model.
I personally would never get a yr. 1 model of any car - there's always something to be fixed, updated, made better.
