I am just curious, if it is non binding, and if we twist your story a bit, let's say you as the seller backs out this deal, will you have legal obligation to purchase that vehicle or will you be fined by eBay in anyway? If yes, eBay is doing a business that certainly does not protect the consumers enough, and that's huge. You might as well sue eBay with a Class Suit (of course, if you are that pissed....)
